I Qualified in Melbourne when I was just 18 years old.

I  love Hair more now in 2020 than what I did back then because I have found my niche. 
With 23 years experience in the hairdressing industry, and additional qualifications in  styling  - my approach to our hair relationship is a holistic one.

 I am here to make it as relaxing as possible and enjoyable every minuet of your colour & styling service.

I love doing effortless hair that is easy for you to style and manage at home.

I have recently started DCI Education training and have learnt some amazing cutting skills.

I really enjoy lived in blonde colouring techniques that help your hair to continue looking timeless and healthy.

I Feel comfortable in my high skill level and love a calm relaxed  atmosphere to enjoy working in.

I am super excited to serve you at Be You Hair and Beauty!!
I am Kirsty Mackenzie and have been a beauty therapist for over 20 years. In between having 3 children and moving all over the state, I have had my services available in most of the places I have moved to.
I love all aspects of beauty and wellness with my favourite thing being easing sore muscles with my massage skills and I love to do facials and talk about tips to get the best from your skin.
I am looking forward to growing some roots here in the Mount Barker region and I am absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to do some courses to keep up to date with the latest services for you.
The thing that I love about my job is how diverse it is. I aim to offer my clients the best care and services and making people happy makes me happy.
